While Glen Dimplex Americas strives to make replacement parts, services and repair/maintenance information, note that in accordance with section 39(3) of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, Glen Dimplex Americas does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services or repair/maintenance information within the meaning of section 39 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and sections 79.18 to 79.20 of the Regulation Respecting the Application of the Consumer Protection Act. This applies to all of our products sold or offered for sale in Quebec, through authorized dealers, or any other channel.
