Purchase Terms

Convectair delivers products only in Canada and requires valid shipping addresses. 


Once your order is complete, you will receive an email from Convectair containing your purchase invoice and the three closest installers. Once we have shipped your device, we will send you another email containing the tracking number for your parcel. If you do not receive these emails, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-844-433-5701 between 8h00 and 16h30 (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday.

Shipping methods

Any unit purchased on www.convectair.ca will be delivered directly to the address you listed as shipping address. Shipping fees will be calculated according to the size, weight and destination of your parcel. These fees will be automatically displayed before the final confirmation of your order. If you insert the wrong delivery address, this may lead to delays and additional costs. Please verify your information before confirming your order. Convectair does not deliver to PO boxes.

The only exception to this shipping method applies to the purchase of units from our Impresario line. To learn more about the delivery method applicable to these heaters, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-463-6478 between 8:00 am and 16:30 (Eastern Time ) Monday through Friday or send us an email to [email protected]. Please note that when you purchase one of those heaters(Impresario), our Customer Service department will contact you prior to ship to validate the selected unit(s) and to discuss with you the available delivery options.

Receiving the order

We ask you to make sure that someone will be present when the carrier delivers your package. If no one is present ,the carrier will leave you a notice telling you how and where to pick up your order.
Upon receipt of the parcel, we ask that you validate the condition of the box(es) to make sure it is undamaged and that the order is complete. If you notice a broken or missing item, please contact us at 1-800-463-6478 between 8:00 am and 16:30 (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday or [email protected].ca to inform us.

Shipping delay

Our delivery delay is within 10 business days for the majority of our units. Purchases ordered on holidays or weekend days will be processed on the next business day. Please allow for a longer shipping delay for our Impresario line, particularly if you choose one of the colours on request. For availability and shipping delays for the Impresario heaters with on demand colours, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-463-6478 between 8:00 am and 16:30 (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday or send us an email to [email protected].

Payment method

Convectair only accepts Visa and Mastercard as valid payment methods for online sales.

Rules and restrictions concerning the shipping of our heaters

Orders are shipped only on business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, except national holidays. Convectair does not deliver to PO boxes.

Order summary and tracking

To see your current orders or previous purchases, please login to your account on our website www.convectair.ca and go to the « my orders » tab in your dashboard using your username and password. Under this tab you can also access your purchase invoice at any time.

To follow the progress of your order, please click on the « details » button next to your order. You will see your tracking number issued by the transport company. This number is also written on the email confirming your order was shipped.

General shipping terms

Please note that during times of large volume orders, delivery times may lengthen. To inquire on these delivery times during these dates, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-800-463-6478 between 8:30 am and 17:00 (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday or send us an email to [email protected].


Convectair recommends that all its units be installed by a licensed electrician.
On your first order recap and purchase invoice, we will mention the three electricians that are closer to you. Please contact them to know how to install our units. For a complete list of our recommended installers, visit the «store locator»  on our website.

Cancellation of orders

Please note that once an order is shipped, it is not possible to cancel it. Shipping fees will apply. In such a case the client must then apply for a refund procedure for this purchase.
