Connectair, a new innovative product from Convectair, is a digital device that uses an open, scalable and secure ecosystem that simply manages connected objects in homes.
Sainte-Thérèse, October 5, 2017 - Convectair, a manufacturer and distributor of high-performance electric heating sytem installed in Québec for more than 30 years, officially introduced its latest product: Connectair.
The optimal solution to control all your environments and simplify your life.
Connectair is a digital device consisting of a wall controller and an interface to connect any device using the Z-Wave and Z-Wave Plus communication protocol in the user's home and centralize management. Open, safe and scalable, Connectair's ecosystem includes elements such as heating, lighting, door locks, shutters and water valves, as well as security items to improve quality of life. Thanks to its cloud capabilities, Connectair adapts and evolves constantly to stay on the leading edge.
Through a simple and intuitive platform, users can remotely control their devices at any time and create usage scenarios. The scenarios allow the user to personalize the activity of the many elements that affect his comfort. The Connectair platform is accessed as much by smart phone, tablet, computer and wall control screen. A system of notifications allows the user to stay up to date on the activity taking place in the dwelling, in real time.
A new step towards energy sobriety

Connectair is the result of the collaboration of the Center of Expertise and Training of Convectair, inaugurated in 2016, and the company 2KLIC, specialized in the Internet of Objects.
This official unveiling at the Maison des Arts in Laval was attended by Madame Catherine Feuillet, Console General of France in Montreal and dignitaries of the Muller Group, who came expressly from France as well as the main leaders of the electrical industry Canada, building, energy efficiency, representatives of educational institutions and other dignitaries. More than 180 people attended a memorable evening launch.
