UPDATE - MARCH 26 - INFORMATION RELATING TO CONVECTAIR AND COVID-19

We would like to inform you that based on the latest measures put in place by both our governments, Convectair is up and running. We can still respond to requests from our electrical distributors who, being considered an essential service, are open.

 

SAFETY FIRST

Being operational is one thing, but the health and safety of our employees is of the utmost importance. Like many other companies, in order to protect both its employees and its customers, Convectair has switched from office work to remote work. While most of our staff is working from home, those currently at the office, are working in reduced teams and respect social distancing instructions.

 

IMPACT ON DELAYS

We process requests and orders as usual, but the delays might be a little longer. Our processing time is up to 5 business days. We will send out a notice as soon as this changes.

Convectair's showroom is kept closed to the public until further notice.

 

WEB SITE
Our transactional website is up and running and we are receiving orders. While most are not in the mood for home improvements, and we really understand, some customers seem to find the time to renovate. We therefore respond to their request with longer deadlines, as mentioned above.
